The front desk lady was very friendly and accommodating. She help me get a cab to the airport, she always around with her smile and asking hows my day. The location is also perfect if you’re going to the harbour ferry terminal it takes only 3mins to walk and lots shops and restaurants around. Room was clean and comfortable.

The best breakfast ever with tradtiional loical dishes and other cold and hot food from all over the workd, the tastiest fruits. Nice spa. Breathtaking interior design. Very good swimmiing pool. Clean water refill station on each corridor. Beautiful garden."The hotel staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. It is a big hotel, yet it still feels cozy. We got a complimentary Englush tea sesdion that was magnificent.

The staff were great. Very accommodating. Office staff printed some things for me. The man who cleans the rooms stopped what he was doing and helped with my luggage. The pool is very nice.
