The family room, the staff very kindly, nice environment, good wifi, already have id Netflix attach in tv. Good bathroom,nice bedroom, the air conditioner very cold, have water dispenser for drink, same location have shop bakery and coffee

Building is cool. Rooftop bar had good food and drinks, decently priced. Rok. Was a good size and good decor. Having the water jug available was great to not have to buy,watwr. In the middle of town. Good internet and ac.

Novotel Bandung is located very strategically in the center of Bandung, yet the neighborhood is quiet. It was really easy to go anywhere from the hotel. It was really easy as well to have food deliveries. The hotel has adequate facilities, plus a bathtub equipped room (which is a rarity nowadays for a non 5 stars hotel). The Executive Room is really big, with separate bathtub and shower, and there is plenty of space to move around in the room. Parking space at the ground floor also have EV charger.

Stayed 30 Dec - 01 Jan'25. Did not expect can see big fireworks in front window hotel room, just sit and enjoy 15 minutes show. (Room 603)

The stuff they are very friendly and professional especially Fanzi in the reception very helpful also Runy , velly , shifa all the stuff professional, i will always back to sensa

Great location as it is near to tourist attraction which takes about 5 minutes to reach the Ciwalk and the shopping mall. The room is comfortable to stay for 5 nights and worth the value

The location was very central and good walking distance to local attractions. Staff and check in was super smooth and helpful. The security/guards always had smiles on their faces and made our stay very comfortable. All the staff were extremely attentive. The room service always made the room spotless and the room was clean and very neat. Wifi was fantastic and fast Breakfast in the morning had a huge variety and changed every single day, it was well-prepared and the flavors from the local cuisines was such a splendid experience, The sky lounge on the rooftop had such a sophisticated layout with chilled ambience. The interior and designs were aesthetically pleasing. I could not fault the food in the sky lounge, it came out quickly and the presentation for all the meals were top tier.

The family room was big, comfortable bed & pillows. AC working good. All basic necessities provided. Hairdryer & fridge available for this type of room. The hallway to the bedrooms smell nice. Breakfast was quite good although not that much choices but can still make us full. Loved the coffee though. Staffs were very nice and friendly. Near to PVJ but advisable to get a Grab or any car to go up there especially if you don’t like walking along the busy roads. It is raining season in Bandung this month so don’t forget to bring your umbrella or raincoat if you wish to go out for visiting.
