It was a fantastic hotel for a short stay. The breakfast was spectacular. Our receptionist was extremely friendly and nothing was an issue. We were allowed an early check-in that suited our agenda as we'd to get to the match 2pm and needed to drop our bags off beforehand.

The room was very clean and lovely and warm.

The room was beautiful and large with a stone wall and vaulted ceilings. The mood lighting was wonderful! The bar and restaurant downstairs were great and had a large selection. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There were many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is modern, clean and quiet despite being located close to the port. Another advantage of the hotel is that it is relatively close to the city center and the stops of the phenomenally organized public transport which is also wheelchair accessible or located only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The wheelchair accessible room is spacious and it has one of the biggest and most spacious wheelchair accessible bathrooms of any hotel rooms that I’ve ever stayed in. I’m very much looking forward to my potential future stays in the hotel.

The amenities and facilities in the hotel were very good. The staff at the reception were exceptionally good.

We had an amazing stay, everything was great! The room was clean, equipped. The bathroom was lovely! And I definitely recommend the breakfast, great value.

Great place if looking for affordable accomodation. Right in the city center: corner of Purnell/ O'Connell street that is the main one. Bus/tram stations nearby aswell as train station too. Lots ot shops/pubs. The hotel on the 2nd level -1st one occupied by rock bar/pub/shops. Easy polite check-in, TV, toiletries, towels, comfy bed, hairdryer, iron and view to main street. Small kitchenette with el.kettle, mugs and some coffee. We really enjoyed our stay, do recommend.

Great location, great food and great facilities with onsite parking. Hard to beat in Ireland based on our travels there.

I have to say you're always made fell so welcome when we go to this hotel. Some time I'll get to stay other than hospital appointment

It was perfect... The shuttle Bus didn't start running until 5am ..we needed to be at the Airport at 4am they arranged for a taxi to bring us free of charge 😁😁

First of all, complication. It was quick, easy, and very friendly welcoming. The interior is absolutely fabulous, rooms exceptionally comfy and clean. Staff friendly and guestured. Loved the location. The friendly staff. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel. The excellent food.

Room was amazing! Everything you needed in the room. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The only problem is if you arrive late in the evening, it’s hard to find something to eat. Also if ordering something online the location it says you are at is sometimes not the hotel.
