Excellent location; near lovely Merrion Square, peaceful and still an easy walk into the city, convenient buses to the Guinness factory and the Irish Museum of Modern Art. We really enjoyed every aspect of this expensively and thoughtfully developed new hotel. The service was exceptional; the staff could not have been better. Thank you.

First of all, I wanna thank so much the best receptionist and hospitality with a warm appreciation. I felt myself welcoming and would love to come there again and again.

My daughter was interested to check out universities in the local area so we chose these rooms. It was fun and perfect for us on the short stay. We were welcomed by the pub owner. The pub staff were extremely helpful and shared their experiences with my daughter about Dublin.

Quiet area but convenient walking distance to sights and restaurants. They let us check in early and take a nap!

The hotel is modern, clean and quiet despite being located close to the port. Another advantage of the hotel is that it is relatively close to the city center and the stops of the phenomenally organized public transport which is also wheelchair accessible or located only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The wheelchair accessible room is spacious and it has one of the biggest and most spacious wheelchair accessible bathrooms of any hotel rooms that I’ve ever stayed in. I’m very much looking forward to my potential future stays in the hotel.

Amazing staff and just a great location. The airline did not send all of our luggage, and these wonderful people helped us to retrieve luggage hours after check out. While it is above a club and we are in our 50s, the staff kept us aware, and the music was really easy to sleep and doze off.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very well equipped — it felt more like a comfortable private studio with a kitchenette than a typical hotel room. There was plenty of storage space, which made it easy to settle in, and the workspace was very convenient. One of the highlights was the location: we really enjoyed walking from the city center to Ballsbridge. It’s a well-maintained and peaceful neighborhood with excellent transport connections. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience — we would definitely stay here again!

Staff were very friendly and helpful and as for the meals they were absolutely lovely. Will definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel.

Double booked but staff contacted me to confirm my needs. Shower worked well and was easy to operate. First room we had with air conditioning. A real treat.

Location is very good with bus station and quiet environment.
