Service was excellent .All the staff are extremely kind and ready to help and go beyond to provide a very exceptional service to the customers.Breakfast buffet was good .I got a chance to meet the owner of the hotel as well and he was very kind and modest

First entry room is amazing, Ac is functional,

the location is excellent, food is good its on Brigade road, shopping, entertainment and restaurants all you get in 100 meters.

The rooms given were not clean. There was a bad smell from the toilet that was felt as soon as I entered the room. There were multiple doors that were locked from the outside inside the room given. It did not feel safe. This was on the ground floor.

The location was very good, walking distance to shopping on Commercial St, Brigade Road and MGRoad and backing onto Church St. The metro station is close by too. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs on Church St and Brigade road. The food in the restaurant on the 13 th floor was good and you can order room service from the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and kind.

It is a decent and clean hotel. I was on a short trip and this was the third hotel I checked in, after getting unlucky with trash hotels first two times. Many thanks to Iris hotel team for making my stay pleasant! I appreciate that bare essentials like room cleaning, hot water, friendly and responsive staff just work well there. Everything you need you can arrange for by asking. If you read reviews before picking a hotel, make sure to skip reviews from indians. They are most likely fake.

Super location, great staff, quiet place even though its close to the heart of town. A little old-ish property, but the place is clean, well-maintained, and the food is good.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the staff friendly and the location very convenient. Also, they have a pub with delicious (Indian and western) food and beer at the bottom of the building.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety and the location was convenient with easy access to everything we needed. The lunch from the shared kitchen was excellent, and everything was very clean throughout.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been. The staff was so courteous and friendly, always happy to help the customer. One should learn customer centricity from this place. The room was excellent, and the food was exquisite. They gave so much attention to detail like decorating the room, leaving handwritten notes and making my stay comfortable. I congratulate the whole team for putting this experience together.
