The location is great. The hotel staff is courteous and there is no drama unlike other hotels.

A perfect location in the central Bangalore. You can enjoy waking in Cubbon park nearby. Also you can reach various nice shops and restaurants on foot. They have a pool & spa to relax. JW kitchen on the ground floor serve amazing breakfast with live kitchens for Indian and western. On top of that, all staff are very professional as well as friendly and kind. Special thanks to Front Desk Manager, Mr. Panwar.

Location is near Cubbon park and price was reasonable. Pre checkin was done, i just got key from reception and walked into the room.

My recent stay at ITC Gardenia was an absolutely delightful experience, setting a new benchmark for hospitality and service. A special mention is deserved for Kshitij, the Duty Manager. The breakfast spread was simply amazing. The sheer variety and the outstanding taste of every dish left a lasting impression. From local specialties to international favorites, the culinary team truly excelled. The attention to detail in presentation and preparation was evident and greatly appreciated. Beyond the superb dining, the hotel staff's professionalism and dedication elevated the experience. Every interaction showcased a commitment to providing exceptional service. Great location, neat, clean and spacious rooms

Its right in the center of most happening street of Bangalore. Walkable distances to tourist location.

The location advantage is best. It directly leads to church street from the basement and cubbon park is at a walking distance. Room is tidy.

Overall for the price it was accepted. The place was decent. Staff members were good and cooperative. I had a comfortable stay at the place.

I had a fantastic time in this hotel thanks to the staff who were friendly, amicable but mostly helpful with every issue I had, special thanks to the reception staff, Mr Subhradeep who did his best to help me with my dinner and early takeaway breakfast.

The hotel staff is just really amazing and helpful. I would especially like to mention Mr. Amal at the market restaurant who made sure we had the best dinner and made us feel very comfortable. Ms. Sujata, the guest relation was really sweet, she managed to arrange the cake, got the room decorated and was very helpful throughout the stay. Mr. Ibrar from the ganache cafe was extremely sweet, he assisted us very well. Housekeeping staff decorated (sahil, Deepak, priyabala) the entire room, got us a greeting card, The front office staff Shahzeb helped us with the late check out as well. I can't name all but each and everyone was eager to help. The breakfast and dinner spread were amazing. The Jacuzzi was on another level. Had an amazing stay. The Ritz-Carlton is going to be my next stay again for sure! Much love ❤️

The property was in a prime location, next to MG Road

The location was very good, walking distance to shopping on Commercial St, Brigade Road and MGRoad and backing onto Church St. The metro station is close by too. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs on Church St and Brigade road. The food in the restaurant on the 13 th floor was good and you can order room service from the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and kind.
