Good neat and clean very good Hospitality

Well mannered cooperative staff. Very decent stay would love to continue stay whenever we are in Hyderabad. Rooms were clean. Bed spreads n toilet were well maintained it was a cosy stay.... loved it

I stayed for 5 days total. The staff is great, very nice and welcoming. The room is clean, has space, and big closet with a safe. Would recommend!

The staff was excellent and super helpful and very friendly. They accomodated all our needs. We are traveling with a toddler, they made it as easy as possible. The apartment is spacious, clean and modern.

Overall cleanliness of the rooms, corridors and complete hotel was very good for the price point. Also the location is prime and tariff is reasonable for business travellers on budget.

Stay was superb. Room was clean. The best part is the room size was very good. Cooperative Staff, Good food, Good environment. All were good.

Clean and well equipped with all facilities. Good service. Room interior lighting was nice.

At first no fab hotels banner , it's an individual building surrounded by PGs. The caretaker had a very bad attitude and with the behaviour it felt like he is showering his courtesy by giving us a room for a room already booked. The room was very smelly because it was closed for long. No work table to work, instead of mineral water I found a bottle filled with normal water. Towels were torn, the common area was dusty, the ac isn't functioning normally , looks like it needs gas refilling so even setting at 17 degree doesn't make the room cold. No kettle to have warm water or make a coffee or tea in the morning. I had much better experience with other fab hotels in madhapur but this was just pathetic. Wouldn't recommend to any business travellers, unless you are really tight on budget..

People were good, the place is actually a PG so lot of people coming and going, the place was lively and it had a good vibe
