Very excellent service and facilities

Warm greeting at the reception, ease of check-in, especially if you have been to one of the Bloom Hotels before.

-The room is spacious and clean -The staff are polite and accommodating -We felt safe and comfortable during our 4 day stay -I cannot give enough feedback for the different breakfast dishes as I'm not familiar with them but we always ask for omelette and dosa, which they prepare only on request. -I like to commend the hotel's restaurant, Cascade. Apart from the complimentary breakfast we also tried their other menu such as Hyderabadi Biryani, Butter Chicken with Roti, and Sweet Lassi. You can request not to make it spicy and the food is still very tasty. I can say that it is safe to dine here because we never got the stomach flu. -We arrived at 4:30am and there is 24 hour reception service. They even have a cute dog that welcomed us when we arrived.

Very close (walking distance) to Apollo Medical City. Room was kept clean. Staff responsive and nice. Excellent wi-fi. Breakfast was served in the hotel across the street (Mango suites) and was not bad.

The location and accessibility

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.

Location is great, good value for your money. Ample parking. Cleanliness is good. Staff were good
