The location is great. The hotel staff is courteous and there is no drama unlike other hotels.

The location was very good, walking distance to shopping on Commercial St, Brigade Road and MGRoad and backing onto Church St. The metro station is close by too. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs on Church St and Brigade road. The food in the restaurant on the 13 th floor was good and you can order room service from the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and kind.

The breakfasts were excellent. Room service was good. The rates are very reasonable considering the central location of the Hotel.

Great location, neat, clean and spacious rooms

A perfect location in the central Bangalore. You can enjoy waking in Cubbon park nearby. Also you can reach various nice shops and restaurants on foot. They have a pool & spa to relax. JW kitchen on the ground floor serve amazing breakfast with live kitchens for Indian and western. On top of that, all staff are very professional as well as friendly and kind. Special thanks to Front Desk Manager, Mr. Panwar.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. The staffs are very friendly and the hospitality is great.

The rooms given were not clean. There was a bad smell from the toilet that was felt as soon as I entered the room. There were multiple doors that were locked from the outside inside the room given. It did not feel safe. This was on the ground floor.

the location is excellent, food is good its on Brigade road, shopping, entertainment and restaurants all you get in 100 meters.

Location is near Cubbon park and price was reasonable. Pre checkin was done, i just got key from reception and walked into the room.
