Breakfast was excellent and very well planned.

The staff. They are extremely well trained and hospitable. Taking care of the guests with genuine kindness and respect was something that would get me back here to this palace. From the hostess to front desk to other staff at the palace…..all were efficient 👍

Great room with alot of storage, space. Good service even though sometimes you order something and it takes time to the bar to make it, like ginger lemon honey tea, needed to ask couple of times.. good wifi, good and expensive restaurant and bar.

Beautiful property in a quiet lane. Very nicely decorated and has a calm feel. Family suite was very spacious, with a large bathroom, porch and view of the garden. Got an early check in which was great.

I stayed at this hotel during my solo trip, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff were very supportive and cooperative, which made me feel safe and comfortable. The food was good, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the location was excellent and convenient. Thank you for making my solo journey so pleasant.

This is an amazing palace with a rich history. Staying here is like becoming royalty. much attention is given to staff training and continuity. Everyone is lovely, the room delightful and wonderful food and beverage.

The location was really good as we could get to eateries and highways within a 1-2 km radius. The hotel was by itself in a quiet place and it was peaceful. The hospitality was great. The break fast was amazing and in general food was great. Their tie-up with the cab service was great as they had really good packages and cab service.

The Charm of Diggi was lovely and they were painting and sprucing up. Very good

The air conditioner smells very bad, I can’t use it bcoz odor was awful.
