The overall experience was very pleasant!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent - even given my restricted diet post dental surgery. My arrival time in the middle of the night was managed without difficulty and a slightly later room clearance on my last day was no problem either (I was flying out mid evening the same day).

The attendants were very attentive to all my needs with great attitude. The food was delicious and the facility was clean Specially reception staff like Irfan & Afzal both were very helpful.

Rooms could be more cleaner, excellent food and quick room service, very helpful and pleasant staff especially at the reception desk. Good for single traveler or couples but can't recommend for families more than 2. Overall good experience.

Outstanding Experience! I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at the Grand Dyad Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the most restful sleep. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail whether it was the cleanliness, the courteous staff. The hotel also offers a great location, making it easy to access nearby locations. I would confidently rate this hotel a full 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and excellent service.

The stay was made brilliant by the warm hospitality provided by Chetan. This made all the difference and is what made Svenska stand out. If I were to book again it would definitely be because of the hospitality and warmth Chetan gave us during our stay.

눀 – Hotel West Line is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a friendly atmosphere .A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home , I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs And not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. I Would definitely love to visit there again and would recommend the same to the viewers in Mumbai 😊
