I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well organized, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I have no idea what the property is like b’se when we got there they said they had no rooms for us. I had booked 2 rooms at the place via booking.com . the hotel asked for a payment for the reservation but b’se I was paying with visa online from USA some reason the payment wasn’t going through. So I sent an email to the hotel and they responded saying it was ok I could pay at the hotel when I arrived. When we arrived after traveling for almost 20 hours with my elderly parents, they said they had no booking under my name and that they would take us to another property near the airport (I’m we just came from the airport) and there was a reason we picked Kestopur for our location. Any how I walked over to the neighboring hotel to make arrangements and suddenly Samotel guys said they had rooms at this very location…. So they had rooms available after all!!! At that point I left and booked rooms at the neighboring hotel because I couldn’t trust the guys at Samotel

Staff behaviour was commendable. Free breakfast was a surprise. Location was really nice.

Staff are helpful, professional and courteous. We are fully satisfied.

Nothing to like. Worse for solo, couples or people with family. Highly disliked. Please don’t go at this property. Rude owner, worse room, worse service. This is the reason the price is low. They give bare minimum attention. Useless staff, just delay the problem that you will check out tomorrow.

I chose this property because it was in close proximity to my friends place and it was also a good price.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect. The hotel service was very good Very good location
