Appetizers and drinks on roof top deck was special on our first evening. very intimate property and well decorated room , staff took care of every request.. even complimentary laundry service ! pool was special , had all to myself one afternoon while my wife had a complimentary facial. Will be returning..

Best location in Verona for easy access to the train and bus. The staff is very kind and the breakfast is delicious. The bed and shower are excellent.

Fabulous, modern and spacious room, literally across the road from hotel. A member of staff escorted guests to their room and checked that door card and lights were working. Scrupulously clean and very well located: five minute walk from coliseum and shopping area.

Location to everything Very nice hotel

We stayed for one night, and I chose this hotel due to its close location to Piazza Bra, as we were going to Arena di Verona for the opera, which was supposed to finish late at night. The hotel is located in a historic building in a quiet street, next to the old city center and all these beautiful sights, including Arena, Castelvecchio, Arca Gavi, and Porta Borsari. Just 15 min walk from Porta Nova railway station, many nice restaurants nearby, as well as Eurospar supermarket. The personnel was very friendly, speaking several European languages. The room was clean and spacious, with free wifi, and the breakfast was pretty good, too.

My room was huge and comfortable! Very clean and had everything I needed and the location was perfect! The guy in reception was also very friendly and accommodating! I didnt catch his name but he spoke with me in English and he was super polite! :)

We had a truly wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Touring in Verona. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth truly made us feel at home and made Verona feel like an even more special place in our memories. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we could ask for. Perhaps only a small suitcase stand would be a nice addition, but it wasn’t an issue at all. The breakfast was delicious and diverse – a perfect start to each day. Overall, we feel we received much more than we paid for, in both service and experience. Thank you again for everything – we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Verona!

This is a beautiful property and mislabeled as a 3 star. Perhaps because it is not a traditional hotel. However, it's beautiful and comfortable and the staff is great. A top notch, 5 star stay.

Everything was excellent from the reception to the housekeeping service until the breakfast buffet. In addition, the location was the best. I recommend anyone who wants to visit Verona to stay at the Accademia Hotel.
