Great family owned hotel. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety. They also offer a secure room to store bicycles. I will definitely go back the next time in Bormio. Highly recommended.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in the best of ways. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location is right in the center with a fabulous view of the mountains and Stelvio pass. I could watch the Olympic ski races without ever having to leave my balcony. The rooms are chalet-chic and newly updated. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Bormio. It’s excellent value.

The location was amazing! We were right across the street from the Olympic venue and really close to several good restaurants. It was an easy walk into the center of the city.

Great Location, 500mt from city center Brand new 3-star hotel with all the facilities and great breakfast. No elevator but plenty of parking in the street and paid garage. Recommended for skiers and Termal baths tourism

The place is very warm and cosy. Amazing breakfast. The location is good, close to street with restaurants and 15’ walling to the ski lift.

Oh my goodness! How we have been looking forward to writing this review! For starters, we adore our home, AND we could oh so easily have moved into Hotel San Vitale. The staff, the location, the breakfast, the town, and the MUSIC in the hotel, all by far exceeded our expectations. Again, service at the hotel was impeccable and communication effortless. We had such a beautiful view of the bell tower and the town from our suite! They also stored our bicycles as we were on a cycle tour. The property was so cute and it was located right in the centre of town so everything was close by. There’s an amazing bakery right across the street!

Everyone from the family running the hotel are very friendly, always ready to guide and help. Delicious breakfast that kept you full even the day included sports.

I loved the cleanliness, the stunning views, and the perfect location. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant team in the morning was very polite and explained everything clearly. The food was delicious.

Very nice rooms, well furnished. The washing machine was a welcome surprise. The room was spacious and cozy. The spa area was very nice and welcomed on a cold day after a descent from Stelvio Pass. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Although I'm used to buffet breakfast, the in-room breakfast was great. The food was great and plentiful. The bike storage room was very useful and so was the underground parking. The hotel is extremely close to the city center. Pretty much 1 minute walk. I can't say enough good things about this accommodation. We look forward to visiting again.

The people at reception were super nice. Especially Ditmir! The breakfast was really good and above Italy's standards. The room was okay - certainly met my cleanliness expectations and bed comfort. The most comfortable bed set we had during our holiday. Really central location. Everything is so close. Even a charging station. Despite that - we were lucky and had a place to park in front of the hotel. Else - parking is like 15 minutes away. Both were free.
