Location is great, close to main attractions. Very close to train station Pallazo Reale-Orlean, which is very convinient for airport transfers. Room is spacious, new and clean.

The location is absolutely perfect! The hotel is situated so conveniently near all the sights of the city and the central shops, bars and restaurants.

Excellent location, just a short walk to the main shopping street and the bay area. The room was amazing. The breakfast was great, and the entire hotel looked beautiful and well-maintained. Parking service was convenient (they park the car for you) and cost €25 per night. Overall, highly recommended and great value for money.

Location was in the heart of historic downtown. Everything was in easy walking distance. Staff was great: they accessed my email to print out my boarding pass and called a prearranged taxi to confirm early morning arrival. This relieved anxiety.

I loved everything about this hotel. It is a modest establishment, not five star luxury. That said, I have rarely seen so much character and attention to detail in this category. From the moment you open the squeaky glass doors of the entrance hall and take the vintage elevator up to the glorious old world reception desk, you feel like you step into a living piece of history. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I could feel that everything is managed with a lot of love and care. Breakfast is excellent with many high quality pastries to choose from and coffee is made to order by a barista.

The staff is truly remarkable. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Breakfast in the morning is a gastronomic experience! All the best pastries and delicacies you could image. You will not go hungry! Fun, artsy atmosphere with a lot of historical accents. Truly unique. And a short walk from all the major tourist attractions.
