The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and gave us a free upgrade and helped us with booking our driver to the airport and even with our luggage to the car. The driver to the airport was also extremely professional and the car was great!

Friendly and very accommodating staff, clean facilities, complete amenities in the room. We went during the Christmas holiday so they gave us free breakfasts and refreshments inside the minibar. They also gave us free cookies inside our room.

This is the best hotel we ever stayed in Milan: clean, friendly staff, Luigi at the reception was guest, breakfast, food for dinner at the bar... everything was 10 of 10!

I stayed only one night before the flight, everything was good. Restaurant on the top was nice, but only one waitress was running between the tables. Food was delicious.

The location is very convenient, close to the Milano Central Train Station. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. And this place is literally a paradise for cat lovers!

The room is very comfortable with balcony. The breakfast is good but if there is a diversity in breakfast it will be good. The location is fantastic and is accessible to the whole city.

The location is so convenient if you are going around Milan

We had only one day in Milan, and this place was perfect both in terms of price and location – close to the train station, yet also conveniently located not far from the city center. We arrived quite late at night, but were warmly welcomed and helped with check-in. We even managed to run back to the station and grab a bite to eat, as we were very hungry and most cafés were already closed.

The hotel is situated in a very good location, close to Milan Central, the receptionists were very nice and welcoming, the room was cleaned every day, all the facilities were working perfectly and it had all the necessities you might need for your stay.
