The location is absolutely perfect! The hotel is situated so conveniently near all the sights of the city and the central shops, bars and restaurants.

Modern and clean, exceptionally efficient, kind and helpful staff. They even upgraded us for free which was hugely appreciated

Casa Nostra Boutique is elegant, refined and kind. Customer service is excellent and the little touches make you feel very special and pampered. Breakfasts are spectacular and the room were they are served is very beautiful.

Wonderful staff!! The restaurant was fabulous. We were also given incredible suggestions for dinner off property. The hotel is beautiful! The cocktails weren't so bad either. : )

Excellent location, just a short walk to the main shopping street and the bay area. The room was amazing. The breakfast was great, and the entire hotel looked beautiful and well-maintained. Parking service was convenient (they park the car for you) and cost €25 per night. Overall, highly recommended and great value for money.

The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We couldn't speak much Italian but she was very patient as we tried.

Perfect place just minutes from the train station. We stayed here for just 1 night cause we had to catch an early train to the airport which was perfect. And after looking at the place wish we had stayed here longer especially because the spa shower was the best I have had during all my travels

I loved everything about this hotel. It is a modest establishment, not five star luxury. That said, I have rarely seen so much character and attention to detail in this category. From the moment you open the squeaky glass doors of the entrance hall and take the vintage elevator up to the glorious old world reception desk, you feel like you step into a living piece of history. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I could feel that everything is managed with a lot of love and care. Breakfast is excellent with many high quality pastries to choose from and coffee is made to order by a barista.

Fabulous location- near the port and the sea breeze and all the gorgeous cathedrals and landmarks are a leisurely walk away. Loved it.

The unassuming, almost invisible, access to this beautiful place. The area was perfect for easy walking to the train station. We loved everything about Ballarò Hotel.

The NH Palermo was an excellent choice for my trip. The location is a major selling point, situated conveniently for walking to the historic center. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The selection was vast, with fresh pastries, fruits, and a variety of hot and cold dishes.
