The property was very unique. The decoration and theme were great and it gives warm feeling to the place. The room is spacious and homey and made us feel really comfortable. The staff were fantastic, very helpful, and so friendly. The food there is next level!

Amazing totally more than expected

The team is just perfect! Raya from the reception is very polite and helpful! I need an early check in without notice, and I received very quick. With perfect breakfast and great espresso!

The rooms was beautiful and very spacious. Also, it has the perfect location. The staff even decorated the room with balloons and gave us chocolates because it was my birthday. A simple and beautiful gesture.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Milan! The parking is excellent — you can safely leave your car and easily reach the Duomo and other attractions by tram. The reception staff were cheerful, friendly, and very professional, and the bellboy was polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The room was beautiful and spotless, and the entire hotel felt very clean and comfortable. The staff truly make you feel at home.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, guided me how to take public transport route to reach landmarks and safety times for Milan Their taxi service was very good and quick, reached hotel in 2 minutes and good driver Room was made neat everyday as I have checked in.. Hotel location is very convenient,close to metro and tram station
