Everything from the facilities, decoration, style, signature scent to the staff was charming, welcoming, and helpful. The food was also exquisite. It felt like home abroad and I can't wait to go back!

The gentleman on concierge that stood outside, sorry I didn’t catch his name, he was brilliant and ensured I always had a water when I returned from my run in the mornings! He was quite tall. The breakfast staff were attentive. The room was nice and the housekeeping always did a good job. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Everything was more than perfect, Mr. Ahmed abdelgawad from the guest relations and Francesca from guest management made our stay impeccable. Mr Ahmed went above and beyond to make us comfortable all throughout and Francesca gave us necessary tips for getting around in the city. The staff are all so kind and always in service. The hotel’s location is incredible and the breakfast’s quality was top notch! We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us incredible arrangements for a very romantic room, the view was amazing and the bedding was very comfortable. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had! So excited for our next stay!

We stayed for three nights and everything was perfect from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient! they allowed us to check in immediately upon arrival, even though it was before 14:00 which we really appreciated after traveling. The hotel is located in the Historic Center of Rome, which makes it incredibly convenient. Most of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, so we were able to explore the city easily on foot. The cleanliness was also outstanding. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned thoroughly every day. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything felt fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. Regarding the staff, Manisha was always kind and helpful to us!

The room was charming and comfortable with modern bathroom facilities. The property is in the heart of the historical section of Rome and is within easy walking distance to all the major sites we wished to visit as well as a variety of shops and restaurants.

We loved this place- huge, beautiful, comfortable and on a fun street with great restaurants and just around the corner from good bus connections. Busy area, but good soundproofing Our lovely host, Zara, was very welcoming and kind.
