Exceptional staff. Front desk. Housekeeping, restaurant - all grade A+ comfortable and clean, more room than most Venice accommodations, on site restaurants exceed expectations. I stay here every time I'm in Venice and it never disappoints..

This Pensione looks good from afar. Its right on the front by the Doges palace/Vaporetti/Aguilana stop. The concierge man was the nicest person there. Bathroom was clean. Water pressure in shower was good. Towels and sheets were good.

Our room had a wonderful view on venice, I could stay on that balcony all day! the location of the hotel is just in front of the vaporetto stop of Lido, it is a really cool laidback area far from the hustle of Venice’s main islands. Staff was kind and helpful, and the room was very comfortable.

Everything was perfect and very accommodating. Hygiene was great! The service was great! The style was in the mood of Venice so it gave us an authentic experience. The lovely receptionist (Petra) was very warm, welcoming and always ready to make our stay more comfortable!

In a nice quiet area of town, but close to anything you may need. Owner was very kind and friendly. Shared bathroom but never once had another guest in it when I needed to use. Lovely stay especially for the price

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has exceptional location, very close to the centre of Venice but at the same time aside of the main touristic routes. I loved the room design, the bed was very comfortable, everything was perfect. Breakfast was nice and absolutely sufficient to start the day. I asked for a good chamber as we had a special occasion to enjoy these days, and the hotel accommodated us to the suit with a bath tub (perfect for Venice in December) and with a fantastic view to the lagoone, so that we could hear the sea sounds during the night. So it was a total joy, and we are very grateful.

The staff was very nice and the location was very near Piazza San Marco. There were a lot of restaurants close to the hotel and there was even a water bus stop very close to the hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, the staff helped us to carry our luggage to the room because there is no elevator. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage there after the check out which helped us a lot.

Nice location , very quiet and close to San Marco. Vaporetto station just 2 minutes away. Amazing view from the room. Staff is very supportive, specifically Murad

Location was perfect. I did shoppings around and then coming to the hotel to drop them. Same goes for the toilet and changing outfits, very central location. Also to/from airport, there is a vaporetto right in front of the hotel so that was awesome. They did upgrade my room thanks them for it ! And staff was really nice

Location was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. The staff, specially Alessio and Biordi at front desk helped us a lot with our travel plans and with a problem we had with Easy Jet.

We loved the intimate location, friendly staff, impeccably clean rooms, comfortable bed, delicious “breakfast in bed,” and our favorite was the steam shower/hammam.
