The hotel is amazing! I travel all over Europe and it was one of the best! Great location just 500 meters from Colosseum, friendly stuff with a sense of caring for the client and plenty of options to the well arranged breakfast! Congratulations to all that make this hotel so unique!

Breakfast and readiness of staff to help.

Everything was great. Lots of delicious breakfast options too. Bed was super comfortable.

I hardly leave reviews but Roma Luxus deserves it. I normally never rate '10' but Roma Luxus deserves it. Perfect location, a lovely, spacious and clean room, lovely overall entourage of the venue, but above all: every staff member superfriendly making me feel welcome and 'at home'. This was my eighth visit to Rome, and the best so far, thanks to Roma Luxus.

The Location is amazing and the hotel itself was nice, There was a girl at the reception called Gabriella she was super sweet and welcoming, she also helped recommend routes for our trip and restaurants to eat at. She was very professional and helpful which made the experience at the hotel even nicer

The family room was great! We had everything we need and it was very clean. The stuff was very nice!

The location was incredible! 5 minute walk to the Colosseum and less than 15 to Trevi Fountain. The staff was very kind in helping us with any questions. We booked transfer services from airport to hotel and hotel to cruise port. It was a wonderful experience.

Very good placed location, you can easily get to any major attraction from Ferraro hotel. Even though furniture is a little old, room vas very clean, bed was confortabile and they cleaned the room every day. Staff was supportive and they also accommodated the baggage storage on our last day.

Houssem waited for my wife and I to check in when we had a slight delay in our flight. The breakfast service was also really good and a lot of selections to be made. He also gave personal recommendations to us to check out and places to eat/drink!

Location, clean and value for money

We got the economy room (which we booked). The economy room is too small so I recommend to book the bigger room. They moved us to bigger room and it was big difference. Very friendly and helpfull people woeking there. I recommend.

Very nice location, staff was really nice. My GF had a Birthday, 2 bottles of Prosecco were left in the room, towels were changed everyday + the room was cleaned everyday as well. We stayed for 5 days and it was our pleasure. Since we arrived earlier at 9am, we were told to leave our baggage there and return at 11am to do early check in which was very nice. On our last day we were allowed to leave our bags and take them at 5:30pm and we managed to explore the city without having to pay for locker + it was convenient and safer. The WiFi is really fast and also the toilet amenities were top class. Well deserved better than many 4/5 star hotels.

Great location with a 6 minute walk to the coliseum

The staff were so professional yet friendly and accommodating always smiling and greeting us making us feel welcome. The room was clean and had everything we need including fridge, hot water, tea and coffee. Location is great mid-Rome and the place is lively and safe. Plan to come back in the future! I liked the staffs, they were very nice. The location of the hotel. The room. It was very clean. We were on the first floor so we didnt bother using the small lift. Most of the tourist spots are in a walking distance. Near the metro. Lots of restaurants in the area. It was a safe area even at night. Will stay there again.

Everything was great! The receptionists were all very nice & helpful. We came towards the end of our honeymoon and were greeted with a bottle of champagne in our room upon our arrival which was so thoughtful! We didn’t get a chance to drink it because my husband was feeling a bit sickish but we appreciated it nonetheless. The location was also very convenient and one of the highlights of our stay.

Historic, clean, great location

Location was perfect and metro station was only a couple of minutes walk, very convenient. Walk to Trevi, Pantheon, and Coliseum was breathtaking and everything I imagined Rome to be. Breakfast was good and fresh coffees were made on the spot. All staff members were polite, helpful, and went out of their way to proved exceptional service. Wonderful experience.

The property is clean, well kept, delightful service, great rooftop!
