Staff was nice, room was decent

Everything was really fine. I particularly appreciated the coolness of the room in boiling hot Rome. The staff were very polite and friendly.

It was actually a transit for a (full) day in Rome. Instead of booking a hotel near FCO which was more expensive than this room rate, and not forget about the expensive fare for airport pick up+ drop off. I was extremely happy and satisfied with my last night staying in Rome. Such a beautiful fine hotel, the room is super clean, there is a garden in the property where I could do my exercise in the morning then head to hotel breakfast, warm and helpful hotel staff. The location looks far from FCO but it is actually very convenient to get there. If you travel light, just take the Leonardo Express direct train from FCO (€15) to Roma termini, hop on Bus 82 right in front of the termini, and a short walking distance you will reach the hotel. If you travel with big luggage bags, I chose to ride the taxi/uber from the hotel to Roma termini to the airport the next day. The taxi ride cost me €15.50. As for last night in Rome, I was happy l could enjoy a nice Cacciò e Peppe and delicious pizza at Mamma Pizza by just walking distance before leaving Italia.

Nice room, comfortable, big and safe parking space. The personnel was very nice and help us. Bus near the hotel which transferred you to the metro station and after that to the center.

Excelent location to visit Rome. Metro station at 1 min walking distance. Everything looks brand new, big room, big bathroom, confortable beds, excelent AC. There's also a underground paid parking place available for guests.

It was not far from the shops and train station

At the beginning it was misunderstanding between us and Lorenzo, the person incharge at the reception. I called booking and inform them, however, before hand Lorenzo helped us to get the rooms just as we requested and made it smooth for us to setlle in. We enjoyed our stay especially the breakfast and all the information Lorenzo provided us with for our stay. Informations the offered us were, good nearby restaurants to eat, easy ways to commute to Rome City Center, what atractions we can cover during our stay, maps to help us find our ways in town. Apart from that we could park our car down in the garage which was an extra spoiler for us. We appreciate the food and the genuinely hospitality they offered us during our stay. Super clean and comfortable. Everything was brand new. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows.

The owner was so very accommodating and could not have been more helpful. The hotel was super clean, and the location was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was adequate. The A/C unit, in the room, worked great, except when the outside temperature was below 60F (15C) and then it automatically shut-off and I could not even get the fan to work for air circulation.

Location and charming building

The rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent. The staff were so helpful finding us restaurants and best places for sightseeing. We had a group of 18 family members, and they put our accommodation all next to each other. Highly recommend this hotel in Rome. The bus and trains are 5mins away.

Had a great stay! The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff was super friendly and available 24/7. Breakfast had lots of options, and the location was perfect with easy access to public transport. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is about 30–45 minutes from the main attractions by bus or metro. The place was clean and tidy, and the staff were very polite and helpful. If you're renting a car, parking at the hotel costs €20, so it's best to reserve a space in advance. There's also a supermarket and several pizzerias within walking distance, which is very convenient. The only thing I missed at breakfast was fried eggs. 😄 Overall, it's a nice place to stay.
