Clean, modern, nice smell, welcome service, great location, calm street

The location is really close to the train station, which was very convenient as we carry luggages to get there. The reception officer was very welcoming and the Hotel upgraded our rooms so that our rooms were able to stay close to each other. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had to check-out early, so the Hotel staffs prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. Thank you for the excellent service.

The property is very neat , clean , modern but also at the same time historical. Every corner feels like it holds a lot of history. The staff were all helpful and attentive to all the details. The breakfast was also very delightful.

Hotel Tiziano is one of the best travel experience ever! Situated in the center of Venice but faraway from tourist crowd this hotel provides unique experience of historical city. Very clean hotel, spacious room with canal view, delicious brekfast (10 eur per person), very attentive staff, everything is on top level. Highly recommendation and all the best for hotel Tiziano!

As hotels go this one has to rate in the higher bracket. Reasonable cost, easy to find in an excellent location near the bus and train station. The customer service is excellent. With answers to any queries in minutes. The quality of the hotel is amazing. Comfy, large bed, and everything else you need for a pleasant stay. I would 100% stop here again.

We stayed 3 nights and had a great experience. The location is very convenient—close to the bus station, train station, and water bus. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel was clean, cozy, and newly remodeled. Beds were very comfortable ! Highly recommended!

The full type breakfast is excellent. The only hotel with it’s private parking lot exceeded my expectations.

The location was perfect to walk to the centre, but far away enough that it was calmer. The reception staff are so helpful and kind.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious and the staff was extremely welcoming. We appreciated the nice welcome drink and gift upon departure. The location is great, with easy access to Piazzale Roma and the vaporetto and airport shuttle.
