Convenience, near the train station.

Very nice lobby area. Had a lot of funny objects. The onsens were very nice, and breakfast was included and extensive. A lot of nice croissants and all types of breakfast food.

Very central location. Nice decor, fresh, bright rooms. Absolutely every amenity you could want. Breakfast was amazing and hot spring baths brilliant.

Friendliest staff I've ever encountered!(shout-out to Yuuta-san who helped me dispatch my suspiciously large bad back to Tokyo lol!) People from Osaka do live up to their reputation of being incredibly nice. The rooms were comfortable (I could live on those beds) and the amenities were plenty. Everything was very clean, and the location was suberb for those who like to transit between cities in Kansai.

Food was great and a good value. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Rooms are fairly small but that's expected at this price point. Check in and out is quick and efficient.

It's just a 5mins walk to Shinosaka station.Lawson is just beside it.

Hotel staffs served very well.

It is super clean and the hotel staff is very polite. The food is very delicious and everyday there is some dishes new. Highly recommended to anyone who is staying at Osaka.
