Lovely staff. Amazing service.

Location close to transit, had everything we needed (e.g. delicious on-site breakfast, laundry, etc), quiet well-equipped room, and comfortable room bed.

I have nothing but good words about this hotel. The location is very good, in the hearth of Osaka. Staff is kind and polite. The rooms are small but extremely practical, functional and well designed. Personalized WiFi on every room is a big plus, as I you can also cast to the TV with your phone/laptop. Cleaning service is good and I liked the fact that there's a washing machine on the 7th floor. Breakfast was also tasty even if a bit reduced. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel once again on my next visit to Osaka.

We have a bicycle. They had a safe secure location to store our bike.

Overall, the accommodation was excellent. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always smiling, making tourists feel welcome. The management was well organized, and there were complimentary drinks and ramen provided for guests, which I found very impressive. The location was also very convenient, as it is close to a subway exit and a 24-hour supermarket, making it easy to shop anytime

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They are easy to approach when you need something or need some recommendations about the best spots in osaka. They have wifi rental and luggage delivery as well.

We loved the location of this hotel. Right in the middle of Shinsekai markets with plenty of restaurants and shops. Only 5 minutes walk to Metro and JR station. The rooms were larger than expected and very clean. Very clear English instructions provided in the room and staff at front desk were also very helpful and spoke English. Clean towels provided daily and rubbish and dirty towels removed daily. Coin Washing machine and dryer in the lobby worked great.

A lovely stay! The staff were extremely helpful whenever we needed, the hotel is clean, offers a laundry service and free snacks. It's also close to the subway, maybe a 10-minute walk or less.
