The staff was great and the facilities were amazing. The room was so fully stocked it even had a dishwasher

We absolutely loved everything! The room was perfect, the location unbeatable, the personnel very good and the breakfast! the one in the lobby bar was the very best, but the one upstairs was also very very good and the staff was top.

Location to train Tokyo train station (and all of Tokyo), many amenities. Comfortable, clean rooms with a touch of luxury. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly.

The hotel really impressed me, it has the structure of a 5-star New York mega hotel, with multiple great restaurants inside the building, a heated pool and sauna, a highly professional service that makes you feel like a VIP. The best points are the number of amenities offered, from toothbrushes and slippers to pajamas, USB chargers, and great cosmetics! The cleaning is also perfect, the comfort of the beds and the temperature of the rooms are also great. The location is absolutely perfect, very close to the main metro lines you will need and close to great restaurants, bakeries and convenience stores, also very quiet at night. I think it was one of my top 5 best stays in my life.

Loved our stay here! Although it was a little small, it had everything that you needed, especially if you’re only at the hotel to sleep, it was perfect for us! Location was also perfect and had a lot of things to explore around ! Metro station was conveniently so close and the room was always clean (cleaning lady at your request)

Wifi seems fixed and very fast. Very clean and enough facilities.

The room size is comfortable for two adults and two little kids. Rare hotel in tokyo provides baby bed for infant. Even we had a baby bed, there is still enough space for luggages, chairs, and the table. We had space to take a break with a cup of tea or coffee, no need to sit on the bed. On the other hand, the room has excellent view of 千鳥ヶ淵, it’s pitty that we’re not in sakura season, I believe the view in sakura season will be amazing.
