Great location. Away from the bustle why close enough. Rooms are great. Good choice breakfast.

The self checking-in is well instructed, very convenient. Location is great, Lawson is around the corner. Large portion of breakfast that keeping my energy up til late afternoon. They offer free of charge luggage store which is in another bldg, very close to Takashimaya and Nankai airport station so we can shop until last minute.

Staff were very attentive and caring. I sustained an injury and staff assisted me in wheel chair transport to a local hospital and food services.

We had Best Time at this hotel it was really Clean and New.

Clean room, lovely hotel staff, really close to a lot of amazing restaurants and you could just walk to Dotombori/Kuromon Market etc Had a blast staying here and if I am coming back to Japan, I know where I will be staying.

Honestly everything, the room was big compared to what you get in Japan, everything was clean and neat, service and breakfast was 10/10. The bed is so comfortable and the ac is super cold. There’s a Lawson just downstairs, and next to namba park and namba station which is perfect to move between hotel and airport. I would definitely stay here again

The room is great with a good amount of space for storage. the tatami mat and futon beds are great the location right across from a shopping centre and train station allows for great access to food

amazing location with plenty of shops and restaurant around. a few min walk to the train station. will stay here again, and will try and get the suites instead.

The property was well organized, clean and well kept.

We got the 2 bedroom apartment and it did not disappoint! had complete set for basic cooking with utensils and cups and plates. big space to place and fix our luggages. Separate bath and toilet and the bath had 2 sinks.

Very near to Namba station and the main attractions like Dotonbori are walking distance. Have convenience stores and drugstores nearby.

Spacious room and good lighting. I think it’s the best property I stayed during my trip due to the layout of the room and just how comfortable three people could move around in the room and open up their luggages. Separate toilet & bathroom is also a plus. The small kitchen & closet space are both very useful. We loved room 801, it’s perfect 💯 (compared to room 401 that we stayed in later - heater were harder to control and some instruction label were not in English). I also love the location, it’s away from the crowd but still convenient and close to some stations.
