Unbelievable! Very comfortables and perfect location, next to the Imperial Palace!

The lovely staff. The room was libel and clean. Breakfast was wonderful. From Justin who checked us in and signed us up. To Aki our breakfast ambassador was gorgeous and so attentive. We had a wonderful stay as all our previous stays at double tree bookings in the past. Thanks so much!

Location of the Hotel is very close to a Metro station as well as Osaka Castle. We also were able to dispatch our luggage to Tokyo using their help. Room size was quite small but I feel it's the same across Japan

Had everything I needed. It was very close to Kyobashi station and Osaka Castle. The baths felt great and the pjs were super comfortable. The room was bigger than I’ve seen at other places in Japan. I’d also really recommend the breakfast, it was delicious.

The location is close to the station, a few restaurants are close by. Clean and averything you need! We would stay again!

Good view directly to Osaka Castle. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. There are shuttle bus to Morinomiya every 15 mins for weekday and every 10 mins for weekend.

It’s a good standard hotel in Osaka. Lots of Japanese people stay there. They offer a selection of quality product samples to try as well as offering different types of pillows in case you find Japanese pillows too firm. In the rooms you’ll find slippers, yakuta, kettle, fridge and a comfortable bed. They clean the rooms every day too. There is a microwave, massage chair and a library of manga books on every floor. It’s very close to museums, Osaka castle and gardens.
