The room is very spacious and comfortable, very close to Jr train station. Staffs are very nice and helpfully

The location was perfect. Steps away from Otsuka station, in a rather quiet and well served neighbourhood. Wish we could have stayed longer, but it was booked up!

Very close to the station and there was room to store our language within the hotel rooms, all necessary facilities are located on the 20th floor and we also had access to an onsen which was a very nice experience. It was also very useful to have a money to coin exchanger on the same floor as the laundry in case there was a lack of coins.

Excellent location near Ikibukuro station and within the Sunshine city complex. Definitely Value for money.

Good location if you choose to shopping around Ikebukuro but if moving al lot of places , this location is a bit far from Ikebukuro Station

Free breakfast was nice and the staff were accommodating. I'm a big ass American, so the bathrooms were a h o o t being so small, but that's more of a me problem than a them problem. Being a short walk away from the station was a big plus.

Location was amazing. Will book again for my yearly trip

staff is very helpful. location is more than great. hotel 1 min away from walk to otsuka station. easy to get a train from the hotel. we stayed 8th floor. there was a earthquak on our staying. but building is strong i guess.

It was fairly spacious considering it is Japan and rooms are small. The bath was nice. It was convenient and very well located.

It was nice, reasonable price. Someone has reviewed that the hotel room is old but I think it's not true. It's very new.

The location is very good. Very close at the station and a lot of nice restaurants and shops.
