Quiet, clean, very good price.

Great location. Staff was helpful. The rooms were clean albeit a little bit small. But I’m a solo traveler so no problems with that. I loved that there was a bath which is so mice after a long day of walking. I’m glad they are eco-friendly and don’t come clean every day. Not necessary for my part. There was a laundry machine which is convenient to use with your key card.

Close to centre of bars and shopping in Shinjuku

Incredible view. The location was also good, 8-10 minutes from Shinjuku station, and around a 5 minute walk to a ton of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was very good, but it would be nice if they changed the menu more frequently.

Great location, breakfast, and extremely helpful staff.

Very well located, private and cozy with fun features like traditional robes, doorbells in each room, very complete set of toiletries, coffee machine, etc. It's allowed to smoke in the rooms which was perfect for my brother who is a smoker. Even though smoking is allowed, the rooms do not smell like smoke, so it was a perfect solution for my family.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in Tokyo. It has a very central placement, right in the middle of kabukicho. It is traditional with tatami flor and futons. and the bedroom is HUGE. bigger than any other hotel Ive been in tokyo. I will book this hotel everytime im in Tokyo now. The staff was super nice and they even stored our luggages on our last day for us to enjoy Tokyo before the flight.

The hotel location is not too far from Kabukicho, Shinjuku 5 mins away. The room is very clean with towels provided, has a microwave in the room and has space for your luggage. Staffs are very friendly. Before going out you must leave your hotel key at the front desk. So you wont't loose it and pay for loosing the hotel key.

Safe, clean, affordable, great staff!

The hotel in the heart of Shinjuku, just a five-minute walk from Shinjuku station. Despite being in such a busy and noisy area, my room was completely quiet thanks to the soundproof walls and windows. The room was super well-equipped with everything I needed, and both the room and bathroom were spacious and well-designed. There were plenty of electric outlets too, which was really convenient. Check-in and check-out were super fast, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.

10/10! I believe that this is the best hotel in Shinjuku!

Perfectly located in Kabukicho. Well isolated. Very clean. Staff super helpful.

I loved how comfortable the room felt. It a coffee maker that was made for camping. I loved grinding the coffee and made it myself. I liked the selection of whole coffee bean on the first floor.

i preferred breakfast in my room which is what was provided. Only suggestion would be a little more variety in the breakfast options if you're staying more than a few days.
