Nice location, near JR kanda station with elevator near the gate. Sakura road is just in the next street!Nice view with the train passing by. Staff are good at english and friendly. Can leave luggage before and after check out too.

We absolutely loved this hotel, the location, the staff, the cleanliness was all perfect. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in immediately which we really appreciate! Smoking room downstairs was very clean.

clean facility, just a couple blocks away from the nearest konbini and a train station. really comfortable beds. the ac kind of acted up on us on the second day and that is the only concern

The staff is kind and always has a smile on their faces. The room is clean but a little small, but overall, our stay was wonderful and very accessible to the station.

This was my third stay at this hotel. After having wonderful experiences in June and July 2025, I decided to return again for Christmas and New Year. What stood out once again was the professionalism and sincerity of the management team. The general manager had promised to meet me in person, and on the day of checkout he was already waiting in the lobby to introduce himself properly. He greeted me politely, presented his business card in the traditional Japanese manner, and thanked me both for choosing the hotel again and for the honest feedback I had shared during my previous stay. He told me that my comments had helped the hotel address certain issues in time, and I respected the seriousness with which they handled my concerns. One issue I raised was the lobby environment. Despite clear “no eating” signs, I noticed that some tourists openly treated the lobby like a dining area, eating there and leaving their trash behind afterwards. To me, that is not simply a matter of limited space. Rules were already clearly posted, and other guests should not have to share a public space that is being misused in this way. It also creates an unfair situation in which the staff and the well-behaved paying guests are the ones who bear the consequences of other people’s inconsiderate behavior. When I brought this up, the general manager responded with humility and diplomacy. He explained that the lobby was unfortunately not large enough to designate a separate area for casual eating, as some hotels do, and acknowledged that as a shortcoming. I appreciated his sincerity, although I felt that the responsibility also lies with those guests who chose not to respect the rules or the shared environment. In my view, this is not an issue that can be placed entirely on the hotel. Overall, I value this hotel because the management listens, responds respectfully, and shows a genuine willingness to improve.

The property was well maintained and facilities are good like the free washer, toiletries, separate showers & toilet for men and women, clean towels every day. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Closest stations 7-8mins and konbinis are 4-8mins walk. Tokyo station 20mins.

Decent size rooms, free toiletries including sponge, face masks, various lotions. Few minutes away from the metro station. Highly recommended.
