Very clean and spacious room.

Like a pastiche of Rococo elegance and a Hungarian grand hotel from the 1920”s. Like a movie set. Beds were extra large singles and vey comfortable

Bed, sheets, bathroom etc were clean. They gave toiletries. They had kept an air purifier in the room. Except for the smoke smell issue the room was fine for the money paid.

Good sized room with many skin, face, and hair care amenities . A cool A.C., comfortable bed, and a quiet room. There was even a massage chair in the room! The location is fairly central and perfect if you want to enjoy the many bars and restaurants of Sendai. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, thank you!

Best place to stay in Sendai, walkable to almost all parts of the city

Located closely to the JR station and even closer to a subway station, this hotel is convenient to reach. It is in the center of the city and yet the room was quiet, a real bonus.

This hotel was close to transportation and reasonably priced. It was very convenient for what I needed. The bed is pretty comfortable, so I was able to get a good night's rest. The staff was very helpful.
