The staff were absolutely fabulous. From the time we arrived, to the time we departed, they were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Really great staff and views were amazing

The rooms were very roomy. They had all the amenities in the room, like a washer dryer, a big refrigerator, huge shower, and the beds were comfortable. The location was the best part. Below was the JR station, and shopping, food, and it is at the quieter side of Shibuya. I will definitely stay here again.

Super clean! Love all the staff! They all greet us with a smile. Plus they gave our daughter free stay for the whole week! Location is pretty good, it’s beside family mart and coffee shop.

Good size room very comfortable only a few minutes walk from shibuya crossing and everything.

The facilities were really nice and the bed was comfortable.

Everything, location, staff and facilities are just perfect!

I liked the room, the check-in staff, and the location. The room was clean and the tv/bed setup was nice given the limited space. The check-in staff worked quickly, and he even knew English which made it even faster. The location is great in terms of access to nearby events/stores.

Ease of access and the availability of laundry. Two sinks really helped with multiple guests.
