Excellent location near Ikibukuro station and within the Sunshine city complex. Definitely Value for money.

Very close to the station and there was room to store our language within the hotel rooms, all necessary facilities are located on the 20th floor and we also had access to an onsen which was a very nice experience. It was also very useful to have a money to coin exchanger on the same floor as the laundry in case there was a lack of coins.

The room is very spacious and comfortable, very close to Jr train station. Staffs are very nice and helpfully

The place is very new and clean / bed is comfortable we stay in twin room with 1 toddler and it's enough space to manage things, not that big but enough/ the bath room water runs well and good pressure love it. Very convenient to go to subway. There are subway exit in front of hotel but not elevator so we need to walk to the main Ikkeburo station cause we have stroller, but no problem at all cause it's super near.

The location was perfect. Steps away from Otsuka station, in a rather quiet and well served neighbourhood. Wish we could have stayed longer, but it was booked up!

Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Thoughtfully designed and nice lighting. Close to a charming street for coffee, dinner and train.

The location was great. Its less than 5 minutes from the station that can take you to Tokyo Station. There are many delicious bakeries around so you can leave and get some good bread immediately as well. The room was clean, they supplied ear plugs in case you are a light sleeper, and the bed is spacious for a capsule room. There is always a staff on site if you need some help as well.

Instructions were clear, responses were prompt, and questions were answered timely and satisfactorily. Would highly recommend to anyone, fluent in English or Japanese, as a great place to stay when you're in Tokyo!

We loved staying at this hotel. It truly felt like an oasis away from the busy city. The garden is beyond beautiful and has a very romantic atmosphere. The interior of the hotel feels antique and full of character, yet everything is very well maintained. Everything was extremely clean, and the staff were very professional, welcoming, and kind throughout our stay. The bathroom is lovely and the shower was very pleasant. To add the bedding is soft and the bed was amazing. The view was the most memorable part of our visit. The city view is absolutely stunning—you almost don’t want to close the curtains. My partner and I would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and we are already looking forward to coming back in the near future.

Wonderful room, quiet, super friendly staff and the facilities were excellent, especially the pool for us.

It was fairly spacious considering it is Japan and rooms are small. The bath was nice. It was convenient and very well located.

Everything about this hotel from the amenities to the provided toiletries and pajamas screamed luxury and comfort. I have never heard of a hotel offering an in unit sauna before and the experience of having unfettered access to one during the winter months could not be more understated. I’ll be thinking about this hotel for the rest of my life!

This is a lovely guest house. The rooms were clean and well- equipped with a spacious bathroom and shower. Yuko was a friendly, helpful and generous host. She was especially kind to our 7 year old son. There was an honesty snack bar at the front door with cheap products and beautiful origami decorations in the hallway. We absolutely loved our stay at Kainoa and will definitely stay there next time we visit Tokyo.
