Everything. The staff is very nice and helping. The rooms are clean and everything is just perfect. The neighborhood ood is quit and in a nice area

Staffs are friendly. Hotel location is very convenient as it is 1 min walk from Higashi-Shinjuku station, and 10 min walk to Kabukicho. There are many restaurants nearby. Considering its location, price is cheap.

Place was clean, and everyday change the towels and every 2 clean room

Near a train station and a lot of convenience stores. It's also just a walking distance to a 24h Don Quixote and McDonalds.

The staff were very helpful from check in, breakfast and even helping to set up a luggage transfer for us. The room was clean and comfortable with a sofa and bed, a soaking tub and shower. The signs were easy to understand and were in multiple languages. Everything was comfortable. The location was great being close enough to the station we didn't have to worry about getting lost or being late; and far enough away that we were able to get some peace in a busy area.

I loved this hotel it was a perfect location and the staff was super friendly I got breakfast included with my stay and I really enjoyed it I plan on going back to Japan next year so I’ll definitely rebook this place !
