Well situated near shops and metro stations

1) The proximity to Shinjuku station. The hotel was located on a very quiet street, so it didn't feel either noisy nor congested. 2) Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Both options, the Japanese and western buffet had everything you needed. 3) Great room.

Staff were incredibly helpful. Amenities were exceptional, did not even need to use my travel sizes! Location is great, between two subway stations and a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku station. Every part of the hotel was very clean and safety was not a problem at all. All in all, my stay went fantastic thanks to the staff!

Great location, very close to everything in Shinjuku. Family mart and 7-11 just a minute away. Rooms are small as expected but cozy, lovely staff, amazing breakfast, and full of amenities to take back up to the room downstairs. Would definitely recommend and stay here again next time!

Excellent location, Very close to Shinjuku station but just off the busiest streets. Was very quiet. The bartender makes great cocktails - specifically martinis and negronis. It was a really excellent base for all of our Tokyo activities over the week we were there. The airport bus also picks up and drops off there at ceertain times. Highly recommend for a first time visitor to Tokyo.

The hotel in the heart of Shinjuku, just a five-minute walk from Shinjuku station. Despite being in such a busy and noisy area, my room was completely quiet thanks to the soundproof walls and windows. The room was super well-equipped with everything I needed, and both the room and bathroom were spacious and well-designed. There were plenty of electric outlets too, which was really convenient. Check-in and check-out were super fast, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.

Absolutly beautifully appointed and spacious. Room was comfortable and the laundry/kitchen facilities were a bonus. Easy to find and close to the train. Staff were lovely and accomodating

Premier includes two lounge access with effectively included halfboard and beverages and they're all very good. Most of the staff speak good English. Great rooms, great view of the government building.
