5 mins walk from Kinshicho station. Located right in the Japanese red light district but safe and quiet. Opposite side is an 711 so it’s convenient. The most important: the staff members (crews in Moxy’s expression) are really cool and friendly, happy to help you with your needs and speaks fluent English. The breakfast is buffet and has a large selection. I really enjoy my stay here in Moxy Tokyo.

I like the service and proximity to Kinshicho station.

This was by far the best hotel we had during our trip. We were relocated to this place due to our previous hotel cancellation, and I was very pleased that we were able to stay in this place. The room was amazing, spacious, and clean, with everything we needed. We had 4 suitcases and had plenty of extra space. The lighting was perfect, the bathroom and the automatic toilet were impeccable, and the view was amazing, even getting a tiny bit of Mount Fuji and Tokyo Tower by the distance, and depending on the room you can also get the Sky Tree. We stayed on the 18th floor, which is part of the premium floors, and it also gave us access to their 24/7 lounge with lots of incredible options of free snacks and drinks, besides the free ice creams we could get with the coins they provided us. The location was perfect, the subway was literally on the underground level of the same building, and the JR station was just across the street. With a Bookoff and 7-11 in the same building, as well as a gym. I would easily stay in this hotel again, can't recommend it enough.

Very clean and in perfect condition. Love the amenities, stocks clients well of toiletries. The staff were very courteous and helpful . Quiet place where I could rest.

The location was great. It's conveniently located near a train station. The price was very affordable. Essentials were readily available. Washing machines were available on site. The Washing machines also dispensed soap.

Quiet, Great shower, comfortable beds, clean, Convenience Stores nearby, 5 minute walk to a nice bakery. Close to JR Station (10 minute walk), which had great options for Food, Lovely Fresh Udon Noodles, Ramen

the location is near everything, the JR kinshichō station really help. there are 4 konbinis nearby (ministop, seven eleven & two family marts). the staff are kind and very helpful. i always use Richmond group when visiting Tokyo because they have daily cleaning, it’s awesome.

Very close by to big shopping mall. Also near Tokyo sky tree. The room is very clean with good amount of space. Regretting was very good.

I thought Kinshicho would be a quiet neighborhood, but it's as crowded as major stations. The hotel is a short walk away from it, and there's plenty of bars, restaurants and convenience stores on the way so it's a good pick for night life enjoyers. Staff was very attentive, check-in and checkout are done through the automated machine, which is practical. Room was tight but nice and comfortable.

Nice, not so big, but it include everything, staff are nice to help, the room is super clean w/o smoke, and can get the free breakfast,included breads, soup, coffee and tea ,the only concern is the location environment is surround by gambling/pub/bar, otherwise it is really nice

It is quite close to the station and easy to find. Quiet area. Very clean with a good design. The bathroom and shower area are very spacious. Good that it has lots of amenities. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!

Breakfast was really good, super easy to find and it was really quiet. I enjoyed that you could eat in your room and also the variety of options for food. The hot spring was really relaxing and quiet as well.

Customer service was great along with the additional features such as free breakfast, onsen and Tokyo sky tree observation deck.
