Great location, just a very short walk from Tennoji Station in central Osaka and easy to get to and from Kansai Airport. Superb, attentive, hard-working staff. Clean rooms. Lots of free amenities.

The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. It is near to shopping area, train station and restaurants.

Location is close to everything. Huge shopping mall next to hotel. 3-4 dining choices on the street adjacent to hotel. 7-11 and Lawson's about a minute walk. Taxi dropoff/ pickup a minute walk. Tennoji Station right across the main thoroughfare. 3 minute walk

We have a bicycle. They had a safe secure location to store our bike.

I love the way we were greeted although we could not speak Japanese the staff tried their best to help us. The young lady who was at the front desk guided and walked with the shoe locker area and to the hotel elevators and showed us how to use the hotel card. From the use of the Onsen to the breakfast buffet was an awesome experience we will never forget.

We loved the location of this hotel. Right in the middle of Shinsekai markets with plenty of restaurants and shops. Only 5 minutes walk to Metro and JR station. The rooms were larger than expected and very clean. Very clear English instructions provided in the room and staff at front desk were also very helpful and spoke English. Clean towels provided daily and rubbish and dirty towels removed daily. Coin Washing machine and dryer in the lobby worked great.

The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, even for Japanese standards. The little dog Oreo tops off the lobby atmosphere. We had an issue arriving in Osaka on time for check-in due to an accident, but the staff waited for us and cheered us up. We also had different group members stay a different number of nights, which was perfectly accommodated. Our room had a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, too. The location is perfect, a few minutes from the Tenoji station which has direct connections to the Shin-Osaka Shinkansen station, Kansai Airport, and Nara. The station itself is a huge shopping center, with a zoo and the Shinsekai quarter a few minutes away. Every guest also gets a complimentary welcome drink from the bar! (And the chocolate waffles are great)

Great location, convenient to go shopping and take the subway. Not too narrow to stay in the room.
