Clean and modern, very close to the subway. They helped us out with luggage delivery and overall we had a great stay.

Great for no frills solo traveler! These are "business" hotels so they're mostly meant for work travel where the person only need a place to shower and sleep. There isn't a lot of extra space in the rooms. You definitely wouldn't be able to fully open a check-in bag on the floor. It's possible to open it if you put it on your bed ... but the size is perfect for someone who travels with a small carryon size and/or a backpack.

2min-walk from the Ueno station and about 5-7 min walk from the Skyline. Clean, cozy and quiet. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Really enjoyed my stay after quite an active holiday)

It’s close to train station and convenient stores and local groceries and shops.

It was a short stay of 2 nights. We generally come during night time just for sleeping. Their amenities helped us to have relaxing nights. Provided hot water all the time. This is the first hotel which has provided Pyjamas. The receptionist always welcomed us warmly. They also stored our big bags which helped us to travel light for local destinations

The hotel is crossing the street in front of Keisei Ueno station, I could arrive very fast and early to stay in the airport at the 6 am. I could rest my last night in Tokyo and be ready to my flight on time.

Nice big rooms, clean, friendly staff , near train station and restaurants

Conveniently located near the train station and easy to get to Narita airport. The woman at the front desk was very courteous and kind. Free drinks and ice cream in the lobby.

Staff is excellent, kind and honest. I left property in the room accidentially after my stay and it was returned to me without issue. Very helpful even with us knowing very little Japanese, check out and in went very smooth.

Great location, accessible to the trains, convenience stores and food places. We loved the fact it was so near Ueno park where there were lots to explore. The room was just right for our family of 5 and ready when we checked in. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The amenities they provided made our stay enjoyable.

This hotel is brand new and in the Taito Ward. Our hotel room was very small by US standards but very clean. Like many Japanese hotels, there was no closet space but if you travel fairly light, this hotel will suit you well. The bathroom contained a bathtub/shower combo and a bidet style toilet. The staff was very helpful. When my GoTaxi app failed to function, staff member Yasukawa summoned a taxi and got us on the way to the airport.

It was comfortable once you made it to the apartment. All the necessities were supplied.

Super friendly staff, easy check in, easy check out, the room is small it is correct, however it doesn't matter for us since we were enjoying outside a lot, enter the room only for resting. Facilities and amenities are quite complete compared to their price. Water kettle, hair drier, yukata, sleepers, etc, even small refrigerator are available in the room. While the microwave n washing machine are in the lobby area. Bathroom is small but very clean, modern, and perfect for me, especially the water pressure was incredible. Location is close to Iriya gate of Ueno station. Wifi was good no severe problem during accessing. Hotel provided luggage storage before n after check in/out in the same day, however we didn't use this service last week. My son was satisfied during our stay in this hotel, We stayed for 7 nights. It is an easy decision for us to stay here again when we visit Ueno area.
