Excellent Location, close to Shin-Osaka Station, staff was very friendly and it was overall value for money.

This is a good hotel close to "Nishinakajima-Minamigata" station, which is a metro line that will take you to the best spots in Osaka. Room was good, and they have an Onsen (hot bath) at the hotel. Room was clean and staff was very helpful. Good english skills as well.

Location and the staff made us feel comfortable. Had everything we needed! Although everything in the room would go off when we removed the key. The A/C would cool the room pretty fast when we returned.

Very central location. Nice decor, fresh, bright rooms. Absolutely every amenity you could want. Breakfast was amazing and hot spring baths brilliant.

The location is very convenient. We wanted somewhere close to the Shinkansen because we did several day trips to other cities. Also, the water pressure in the shower is excellent.

Everything was perfect and fine about this place. If I get chance I love to come back here.

Love the location close to Shin-Osaka station. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staffs were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I will stay in this holtel if I visit Osaka again.

We stayed for 2 nights for the Osaka Expo and this hotel was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful—you can even ask them to arrange a taxi to come directly to the hotel. Since we stayed in a VIP suite, they replaced the water and cans of beer every day, which was a nice touch. Every night from 9–10 pm they also offered free ramen delivered to the room, and there were complimentary refreshments available in the 2nd floor lobby. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped—we had our own karaoke, indoor and outdoor bathtubs, and even a hot stone bed similar to a sauna. You really don’t need to bring anything with you, as the hotel provides everything: pajamas, towels, body lotion, face cream, and more. The food menu for room service was good and reasonably priced, since the hotel itself doesn’t have a restaurant. You can also become a member for just ¥330, which gives you discounts on food and drinks as well as welcome drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).

It is super clean and the hotel staff is very polite. The food is very delicious and everyday there is some dishes new. Highly recommended to anyone who is staying at Osaka.

This was my fourth time. I was even recognized this time. I like staying at this hotel. It's clean, conveniently located, the staff is nice, and the public bathhouse is a nice onsen. Everything is good there.

Location and price can’t be beat. Super clean. Perfect for a one-person stay. Love the self-served luggage storage service as well. And there’s a convenience store right on the first floor. Would go back in the future 100%.

Breakfast was a mega-variety of super delicious healthy food and beverages. Location was superior!
