Well situated near shops and metro stations

1) The proximity to Shinjuku station. The hotel was located on a very quiet street, so it didn't feel either noisy nor congested. 2) Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Both options, the Japanese and western buffet had everything you needed. 3) Great room.

Location was excellent and the staff were really friendly, laundry and baths

English speaking staffs available. Room is clean. Luggage forwarding service available (payable). Quiet location yet near to amenities and eateries.

The location was central and perfect for us to get into the city/ station and main attractions, but quiet and calm of an evening. The room was good and the staff amazing when needing to transfer into our tour room. Highly recommend, thank you for a great stay!

Staff were incredibly helpful. Amenities were exceptional, did not even need to use my travel sizes! Location is great, between two subway stations and a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku station. Every part of the hotel was very clean and safety was not a problem at all. All in all, my stay went fantastic thanks to the staff!

AMAZING Staff. Great location out of the crowded Shinjuku, but with great walking distance from the station. If you want to take the Airport Limousine Bus to Narita, the stop is just in the hotel. Facilities and ammenities on point. Laundry room with cost. Free luggage storage.

Simple, all amenities I needed.

Excellent location, Very close to Shinjuku station but just off the busiest streets. Was very quiet. The bartender makes great cocktails - specifically martinis and negronis. It was a really excellent base for all of our Tokyo activities over the week we were there. The airport bus also picks up and drops off there at ceertain times. Highly recommend for a first time visitor to Tokyo.

fantastic spacious property with amazing location.. we walked to station which is 10 minutes and plenty of places nearby to explore including shinjuku , golden gai and memory lane

Premier includes two lounge access with effectively included halfboard and beverages and they're all very good. Most of the staff speak good English. Great rooms, great view of the government building.

Excellent location and friendly staff. The breakfast had a lot of options and changed every day so there was good variety. It's a couple blocks from the subway so transportation was very convenient. It's a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and an interesting temple nearby. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is also just blocks away.
