Great place to land for a visit to Nairobi. Staff are so kind, facilities are good, location is great. Felt very safe as a solo traveller.

Staff are soooo helpful. I got help to buy my train ticket, which cannot be purchased with credit card, and got an Uber taxi to get there.

Location is excellent, and the continental breakfast much appreciated. The staff is super friendly and helpful. In particular Grace helped us a lot by arranging the payments for extending our stay.

Top notch place for the price. There is a working elevator, warm water all the time, friendly receptionists, location is outstanding in Nairobi, what more could we want. We had an early morning shuttle bus to Arusha and the hotel is located literally 20 seconds from the stop. Many great restaurants in the neighborhood including the pizza place right next to it.
