Very close to the Cave Temple (10 minutes walk). Excellent pool for relaxing and cooling off. Spacious and comfortable room. Well-maintained garden and attentive owners. Abundant and tasty breakfast. I recommend it. I would return.

I stayed here for two nights, and it was a great experience! The place is a bit outside the city center, but they kindly picked me up from there, which made everything very easy. When I arrived, they welcomed me with a cup of tea!! The room was clean and comfortable, and hot water was available. The hosts were kind and friendly, and they prepared an amazing breakfast. To be honest, it was the best breakfast of my entire trip!! Oh and don’t forget to join the tuktuk day tour with Mithun!! Highly recommended!

Team are all friendly and amazing. We were planning to stay 2nights, but since the hotel and the team was brilliant, we extended one more day. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the all team members for the memorable hospitality.

Peaceful, quiet, we saw all sorts of animals... Peacocks, monkeys, many birds. The staff was lovely, so sweet to our kids, food yummy. Room fit our family of four fine, nicely decorated with fun outdoor bathroom! The owner arranged a tour for us to Eco Park which was amazing. Lots of interesting sites nearby. Would definitely visit again.

Don’t let the central city location fool you! You would never imagine such a peaceful, lush environment existed right in the heart of the city. As soon as you walk in, the ambience shifts into a serene, heritage-style escape. The food was, hands down, the best we have had so far in Sri Lanka—absolutely delicious and authentic. The staff were wonderful and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. To top it off, the rooms were incredibly comfy and provided the perfect rest after a day of exploring. A true oasis!

It was a convenient location. It was clean and attractively decorated. The people were kind and hospitable. I was happy to be here. The towels were fluffy. The bed was comfortable. I travel to meet people like this family.

The hotel has only been operated for a couple months but it's well-equipped & had almost everything I needed. Bandara is a great host. He always tried to satisfy the guest's needs, as I asked him to help open the gate at 4am to go out for a morning hiking or when I borrowed some utensils in the late night. He arranged tuktuk for us sometimes with the better prices that we found on Pickme. Not to mention the ladies, they were so kind & caring, with captivating smiles. They made me feel so welcomed. I had the best breakfast here.

I wanted to share my observations regarding the boutique hotel we recently stayed. Although the property is relatively small compared to other star-class hotels, it is truly outstanding in terms of its facilities and, more importantly, the people who work there. Their dedication and professionalism significantly enhance the overall experience, making the hotel a remarkable choice despite its size. I believe this combination of excellent amenities and exceptional staff sets the establishment apart in a highly competitive market.

What a find! A new hotel, still 'finding its feet', but hard to fault. Greeted with a plate of fresh star fruit from the tree in the garden, and made to feel at home. Large comfortable room with a garden view. Breakfast was probably the best since arriving in Sri Lanka. And we were offered free lifts to and from all the local attractions and into town. We wish them every success.

I would give this place a 11 out of 10 if I could. Dambulla was the highlight of our trip to Sri Lanka. The property is located slightly away from the Kandy highway near a lake, which means it is very peaceful. This is a newly opened property and everything looks and feels new. The hotel staff were at our service all the time, and made sure that we felt at home. We had a lovely breakfast every morning with local food like hopper and fresh fruits. Guests can also request for an English breakfast. You can also see some wild animals like bulls and peacocks from the breakfast area. There are monkeys in the area, but we did not see any during our stay. The famous cave temple is 20 minutes walk from this property, and I strongly recommend taking a walk instead of a taxi or tuk-tuk. The road to this property can be a bit dark in the evening, but you do not need to worry about safety in Dambulla. It is a very safe place and the locals are eager to welcome tourists. The manager arranged day trips to both Sigiriya and Anuradhapura for us at very reasonable rates. We had a memorable holiday in Dambulla and we would love to visit Dambulla again and stay at this property.

The room was clean, breakfast is Sri lankian style- very delicious, staff are very nice and willing to help. We stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay!

People are very kind and friendly and they did their best to comfort us. Rooms were very clean, ac was working well, they even put charging adapter, that is very considerate.We are very happy about choosing here. Also location is very close to center. Thank you for everything.
