I loved everything, the food , the staff everyone was amazing

The property is central and close to everything you need. Food was amazing, and staff super friendly, available and welcoming. Never felt so at home in my whole life. Mohammed and Steve were great hosts making sure we had everything we needed. I wis I had stayed more and used more services (like spa or pool)

Wonderful stay in the heart of the Medina! The riad was clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thank you to the caretaker for all his help and recommendations, and to the lady who prepared the meals and looked after the rooms for her warm hospitality. They made my stay in Marrakech truly enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Amazing place! Excellent staff, very clean and perfect location. Very good and diversified breakfast. Nice rooftop pool area. The only negative is the ongoing work in the rooftop spa/hammam area, which is bothersome if relaxing at the pool or in the room during the day.

Anything and everything about this Riad/hotel and its staff is just exceptional. Every person/staff from front desk to the security personnel is amazing, and super helpful, they did also help us arrange transfers , train reservations questions, safe storage of our luggage when we took a 3 day Sahara tour. Our special note to thanks to Anas who went an extra mile to help and guide us with information and pointers almost every day of our stay at the hotel. And to top it up the location is fantastic, right in the heart of Jemaa El Fna Square. The rooms we stayed at over looking the square, were sound proof quite well and as desired.

Brand new, very clean and very cosy hotel in the heart of the Medina. Very close to one of Marrakesh's landmarks (Madrasa Ben Youssef). The staff is amazing and really helpful. The swimming pool is extremely relaxing as they keep the temperature at 32 degrees (Celsius).

We had an incredible stay at this riad in Marrakech! The decorations were absolutely stunning, creating a truly authentic and magical atmosphere. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had—so many delicious options to start the day. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff providing excellent information and being incredibly kind throughout my stay. The riad was spotless, and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. It’s located just a 15-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, making it the perfect base to explore the city. Highly recommend

Very beutiful riad! Just like the photos. The staff are nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and if the weather is good you can eat on the rooftop.

Incredibly well designed in the heart of old town

The Riad is beautiful and the staff exceptional.

Loved the pools, the restaurant upstairs has delicious Indian food.

We really enjoyed our visit and the staff were so very helpful. We ran into a lot of trouble when I left my carrying case in the taxi from the airport. It had my computer, but most importantly - our passports. The front desk staff called the manager (Bada) who then tracked down the taxi driver (using our receipt) and arranged for me to meet him where he had dropped us off. It all worked! I was so amazed at how they were able to go above and beyond in helping us in this dire situation. It was such a pleasant stay for us and the hotel is right beside the Medina Market with is teeming with exciting things to do and see, great food too!

The hotel itself is very beautiful and located close to the medina. We enjoyed the complementary tea service and other amenities, including the stunning courtyard pool and the jazz bar. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and helped us book a car to the airport for a very early flight.

I loved the people who work on the reception. They are so kind and helpful, 10/10. Place was cleaned every day and is comfortable.

Staff, location , traditional decoration, wi-fi, best hotel in Marrakesh- would come again without hesitation ; we came on two separate occasions with family , had 3 rooms - all wonderful; the showers were hot and the beds comfortable; the staff is there 24h and really helpful with everything !
