It has a great location, just go downstairs into the center. Lots of shops around and people walking aroud. Very close to the Mercado Hidalgo. and just walk to past Hidalgo market towards callejon del beso.

The hotel was close to The Centro (El callejon del beso, Mercado Hidalgo, etc.)

Perfect location, good water pressure, clean and cozy bed, everything was perfect. They do not have air-conditioning system, but the do have a fan which works enough to stay. There is a coffee machine in the room, which was really helpful. Staff doesn’t speak english well, but we can use translation apps. They do all the best for help us as much as they can.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to everything in the historic zone. We had three rooms and each one was lovely.

It was extremely clean! And the staff were so welcoming and warm. I would recommend and will definitely stay there again in the future!

The hotel never answers the phone

The hotel location is prime! In the middle of everything, you won't need to use a vehicle since you can walk everywhere from there. Also, the staff was very friendly and resourceful. The rooms are big and clean. The floors creak, but as you would expect from original wood floors, this didn't bother us at all. The price was great!

The location is super convenient. All stuff was so kind and good vibes. I really recommend for enjoyable of Guanajuato.

Very close to down town location

Very clean, staff were friendly & helpful. Centrally located - everything walking distance. I loved getting my morning coffee up the street and my pan dulce & fresh OJ down the street. Just a few feet away.
