The room was HUGE as you see in the pictures! I loved everything about this room. And for the price it was so much worth it.

The location is downtown, excellent for sightseeing. The rooms are huge as they are dormitories, with high ceilings. I had a dedicated bathroom. There was a microwave, but no fridge.

We finally found the perfect place to rest after a concert. I had been waiting to find a place where you feel that is your second home. I hope that if you pick this place to stay find Ruby and she will be happy to help with all your needs.

Good decorations buth my room called Chignahuapan is very small! I hoped more space.

The location, very clean, friendly staff and helpful, is a super deal for the price. I was very pleased with everything. You won't be disappointed.

Location and rooms are very nice

The room was spacious and had air conditioning . When the windows were closed, it was quiet from the busy road. The staff was friendly and helpful with how to get around Puebla. Comfortable beds and pillows and we had big fluffy bath towels and a hand towel. OXXO nearby to get bottled water and we enjoyed breakfast at Verde Corazón several times, just a 5 minute walk.

beautiful architecture, very clean, nice terrace, basic breakfast but Pilar accommodated us as much as she could with our special requests. Very close to restaurants, shops, pharmacy etc.

Rooms, beds, bathrooms were all very comfortable. We didn't need to ask for extra pillows because we had enough for both beds. Kids were very happy to explore the hotel and look around for the art pieces.

Even though it is located in a crowded area, at night it was quiet, very comfortable. And the restaurant is great.

Oh. My. Gosh. The most amazing hotel I’ve stayed at in Mexico (and you wouldn’t know it from the outside, very unassuming). First every single staff member was so friendly and welcoming, they’re just the greatest. Next the rooms are so bright and clean, HUGE windows letting in all the light. Everything in the hotel is spotlessly clean. Next is the location, right in Centro with an incredible bakery across the street and surrounded by out of this world local restaurants. The roof top patio is beautiful with views of the city, steeples and domes. All this and the rooms are completely quiet at night with amazing room darkening shades. I slept better here than at home.

A very lovely themed hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable furnishing. Rooms were well equipped and extremely clean. Kudos to all the staff there because they were extremely helpful and friendly. Location was excellent too- all major attractions in the historic downtown are within walking distance!
