Location, cleanliness, service

Loved how comfortable the rooms were and very spacious. The bathrooms were incredibly luxurious and very clean. The staff were super accommodating and recommended good restaurants near by, they offer shuttles to and from the airport and were ready for anything our family might need. They even showed so much love to our little dog who stayed with us, the menu had special meals for dogs too. Incredible stay will definitely be coming back.

One of our most quiet hotel stays in Mexico. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good housekeeping. Convenient location in a nice walkable area. Good food at the restaurant. An overall really nice stay.

We were there a few days to attend the Expo Furniture, the location was perfect, the staff very helpful and friendly. We did like the food also, very fresh. We had a good size room and evething was very pleasant and clean.

It's a simple, clean or hassle hotel, close to Public Transportation and sorts, plenty of gated parking. Good for the price and the area.

I love everything about this hotel. Any time I come to Guadalajara again I will surely visit this hotel again and again. Everyone here is very friendly and accommodating. Keep up the good work.

The breakfast was delicious I love the chilaquiles and the good service. All the personal was excellent.

The breakfast was fantastic, very fresh, with lots of options, and all delicious!!!! The room is very comfortable with perfect AC settings, didn't need to change anything, and the staff were awesome, didn't want for anything!
