Bestienz' is the best staff... Very friendly and very professional. Best self check-in and out as far as I have seen. Mumma enjoyed her stay. Quiet... Sweet.... Friendly people around in the same building/floor... Drinking water available Shared bathroom also for those in the other rooms, but we can use as well If Meeting new people and making friends is your mark then this is your place to be mate. Simple instructions provided with pictures Deposit taken and returned on the same day without issue Sweet and calm place Best room Private shower/ toilet 7-11 and happy mart under the building, restaurant at the back operation for 24hrs....good to eat and shop if you shop crazy like me... Seriously the place is awesome....highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I like the everything from the momwnt I stepped in..I smell the amber fragrance of air freshner, professional staff who arranged my check in, early check in request was mafe available, beautiful unterior from the lobby up to the room. I like the touch screen lift, the unique kettle and ice basket plus a handheld steamer instead of conventional steam iron. The room ID and the toilet ID are well and carefully designed with detailings..plus the carpet, towel, robe are customade complete with the Peranakan motifs. Amazing!

We have been staying here for a few times due to close proximity to Queensbay Mall and surrounding areas. As expected, rooms were nicely furnished and clean, suitably sized and nice deco. Breakfast spread was good. The executive lounge was good as well. However, the lounge was closed due to VIP presence. As such the lounge was moved to ground floor. Staff was helpful.

The suite was spacious, and the living room was great to hold discussions in. The air-conditioning was powerful, and the Wi-Fi was fast. I appreciated the lavender provided at the lobby at night, personally. Additionally, as we ended up doing a lot of shopping, we really appreciated the free shuttle service to and from Queensbay Mall.

The room was very big and came with nice bathtub. Location also quite nice that very near to Queensbay Mall. The breakfast was very nice and have many variety of food.Nice pool view and staff service.
