Old world charm on the canal. If you like character and don’t care about fancy but comfortable and clean with history you will like this hotel. The rooms are very small but comfortable. The owners and staff are awesome and great hosts!

This hotel had the best reception staff I have ever experienced. On arrival you are personally greeted and offered an arrival drink. I had tea as I was exhausted! It gets you off to a very good start. Our room was amazing, downstairs on the canal with a special chair that allowed you to sit level with the canal and watch the boats go by. I have never stayed in anything like it. I loved our stay here.

Everything! Great location, 20-30min walk from central train station. But the hotel itself, the room and the breakfast, all were simply amazing!

The staff was amazing, especially Joana, who was definitely my dog Porridge's favourite. Always available, with a smile, and great care for both of us. The room was clean, specious and with good amenities. The location was very good as well, very close to the canals and many restaurants and a small shopping mall.
