Hotel is very close to most of Amsterdam attractions. Accessible by 2 tram lines, staff were extremly nice with no exception. Breakfast is rich and fresh. Also, I was surprised with the level of generosity the hotel present. Snacks, cold & hot beverages, cakes and other treats are all offered for free.

Room was comfortable and quiet, location was great walking distance to all attractions. Staff was the best thing about the hotel, especially Natalie at reception was very friendly and helpful.

All the staff were excellent - very friendly, attentive and helpful. A big thank you from us all! A good selection for breakfast (we were a family of 5) with hot food, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee etc all available. The hotel is close to the center of the city but also quiet at night time.
